Been here 9 weeks for my fiance work. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Angie at the front desk is great at her job and gets you checked in fast. She always has a smile on her face. Housekeeping is great too. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I so glad we picked this hotel. I would definitely recommend this Red Roof Inn.
For the price this is a great hotel! Diane helped be book over the phone and she was very friendly and nice! When checking in everything went smoothly and covid precautions are great too!nThe room itself- I loved that it wasn’t entirely carpet- felt a little cleaner that way!nThe bed sheet had a stain on it but it definitely looked old like it HAD been washed so we worked with it. Only two complaints- the walls are THIN you hear every faucet turn on, every conversation etc. be it outside or just the next room over. And the only other complaint was there was hair left in the shower from a previous guest ud83dude33 all small issues though! I was really concerned since it was pet friendly, that it would smell like pet hair but it didn’t at all! Definitely check this place out!
My daughter and I did a road trip with our 2 dogs and we could not have been happier. Traveling with pets can be difficult and most people don’t make you feel very welcomed but this was not the case. They treated our dogs and us with the utmost respect. We will definitely visit again!!nnEdit... we’ve been to this hotel 3 times now and hoping the Canadian/American border opens soon as we need a road trip with our dogs!
Arrived in the evening around 9 without a reservation. Angie at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with two cats and two dogs and they made it a cinch. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. Really hard to find the road in the dark the first time, though.
Love Love Love this hotel!! Everyone needs these women working for them. Rooms are super clean and staff is phenomenal!! Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in this part of the country again!!
