Nice looking place. Issues: 1. Mold. Mold in the shower curtain. Mold smell on the carpet. 2. A live Bee on the bathroom floor. Strange place to find a Bee. Nats flying around in the bathroom. 3. Couch - old and lost its fluff. 4. Kitchen - outdated and old. Mismatched utensils. No steak knives, only large bread knife & Large Cutting knife. 5. Walls need fresh paint.

Excellent accomodations for Sundance Film Festival. Everything is within walking distance and makes getting around to theatres and events simple.

Eager to help attentive staff. However our room was not ready for check in and we had to wait 4 hours to get in. Upon arrival door jamb had seemingly been kicked in . . . So even though the hotel cleaned the rooms and remade the bed they had no clue the door and lock were compromised. Hotel staff worked diligently to get door and lock fixed.

A family friend let us use their condo for the week and we really enjoyed ourselves. This place is walking distance to all the shops on main. We liked that there is a key code to punch in to get in the main buildings If you're looking for a place to rent in park city Utah while on a ski trip this is the place, highly recommend!
