I would leave zero stars if possible. I made an appointment at this Walgreens to get a Covid-19 test. My appointment was confirmed through email. I showed up today at my testing time & was told that the system had been down for THREE WEEKS & they didn’t know when or if it would be working again. This is so unprofessional. Why are you taking appointments if you can’t honor them!? Total waste of time.

This place gets a lot of one star reviews, and it appears to be well deserved based on my one visit.

If I could give this place zero stars, I totally would! I'll make this as short as possible. Called in my daughters prescription, at first said no refills, then saw where I had auto refill, said it was there, I said I would be picking it up that day, but weather was nasty so I went next day. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes, it was busy, due to major snowstorm coming, I understand that. Got to the window, told the young lady what I was picking up. She can't find it, goes and asks the pharmacist I'm guessing, comes back to window, said I'd have to call the Doctor to get a refill. I explained to her that I had called the day before, and it was auto refill and how the girl I spoke to had told me it was there. She says, I think you spoke to me, and I said great and you said it was here. She says, yeah, but it's not, the prescription is closed and I need to contact the doctor. Needless to say, I'm livid and just drive off. Pulled into parking lot, called the Doctor, told them the situation and if they could please call it into Shepherdstown Pharmacy, she said sure, went there, 15 minutes, in and out! I will NEVER go to Walgreens again for prescriptions. This isn't the first time I've had issues with them. They are so unorganized and no one really knows what's going on and I think they just place blame on one another. Save yourself some aggravation, go to Shepherdstown Pharmacy. They're all as nice as they can be and very helpful if you have questions. So much for short ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Slow. Last prescription refill I was told it would take 20 minutes....1.5 hrs later I was still waiting. They do not prioritize you if you walk in. Anyone that has called in a prescription before you...even if they are not in a hurry to pick...will be ahead of you. I miss Rite Aids customer service and common sense approach.
