They move into a small town with one other drug store & of course my prescription plan says to use them, then they think they can make customers sit & wait forever for a script they dropped off yesterday !! The people at the window are rude & won't even look at you until their ready for you, Customer service is really bad in Berkeley Springs Walgreens & they need New Management or someone from corporate to come in & straighten this mess out ! I spend my money there & i expect at least half way decent service ! When it takes 20 mins just to drop off a script & another 20 mins to pick it up the next day, somebody is not doing their job !! Management ? If i could give them a Minus 5 stars that wouldn't be enough !!

I went in for a passport photo they were really nice and had great customer service and they did an excellent job. Along with that another time I came in I found everything I was looking for they have it all!

Strangest thing I came in just to get a quick drink and I found something that’s been on my list for a while an SD card I was also surprised to see all the other technology they had there. It’s practically a mini walmart which is great for up here in Berkeley.

I liked it better as rite aide.. Now it takes forever to get your prescriptions, just like all the other Walgreens...

Just a great place over all I’ve always loved walgreens and this place is no different they have great customer service and amazing employees.
