Had a prescription written for my son for some vitamins, took it here to get it filled and was told those vitamins were out of stock. They were supposed to order them and fill the prescription after they came in, but instead they tried calling the doctor's office to try to change the prescription. Went round and round trying to get the prescription filled and got tired of their unhelpfulness. Went to the CVS in Charles Town instead and they were competent enough to tell me the vitamins were over the counter and sitting on the shelf. Apparently the pharmacy employees in the Inwood location are completely incompetent, I recommend going somewhere else

Rude, inept employees from the pharmacy to the store manager. When I asked the store manager to speak with the pharmacy manager he said he wasn't available I ask for his name he then began mumbling his name so I ask that he write it down with the store number and he then told me I could find it outside of the store hanging up. No wonder this store has such low ratings. The sloppy dressed manager was not only rude but so ignorant that he could not write a name and number on paper.

Never had a problem with picking up prescriptions. Just don't ask for a flu shot. You'll wait 25mins and they will still never come out to give it to you.
