Friendliest, most accommodating drug store I've ever delt delt with! Unlike the rude big chains that keep you waiting, they are eager to help and answer your questions. Everyone is important to them and it's almost like family. So glad we switched from those disorganized and unfriendly large chains. Highly recommend Reeds to everyone!

Update: Spoke to Reeds Pharmacy and the misunderstanding has taken care. I have moved everything (meds) back and I am happy. I really have always loved the people there.nReeds has always been amazing to me and my family, and that is I am so upset. I have been a customer for about 20yrs. I have several medications that I take everyday. Well last week I called in a refill, but when I got there to pick it up it wasn't there. I asked how long before it is filled. That is when they told me they were not carrying it anymore, BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF IT!! To say I was shock doesn't even describe it. So I went to the Martinsburg CVS and had all my families meds transferred.

Amanda (pharmacist) & her staff are professional, efficient, & considerate. On several occasions Amanda has spent a substantial amount of time trying to get an Rx approved. I’m so appreciative of the personal attention the Reeds staff gives to their customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional and quick to accuse you of being a drug seeker. Refused to fill a prescription my Dr had changed. Will be calling corporate. Not the first time they have refused to fill a prescription. Even when paying cash. DO NOT GO HERE.
