2 years ago - Absolutely terrible pharmacy. People that come here are sick or taking care of someone who is sick. When prescriptions for antibiotics are sent in, it shouldn’t take over 45 minutes for the pharmacist to check to see if the prescription is filled correctly when NO ONE else is waiting for their prescriptions! Absolutely uncalled for!nn4/12/2021 - The pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude. They interrupt customers mid-sentence like they can’t be bothered aside from obtaining your date of birth and name. How can you help me if you don’t know what I need? If you can’t help me, you don’t need to know my date of birth!

This place is pathetic! Put in an antibiotic Rx yesterday, went to pick it up today. Not only was it not ready but they lost the Rx. After 5 minutes of waiting they finally found it where it had been stuffed in at the drive thru window computer. The staff is rude and want to get smart because THEY screwed up. Except the young lady that was working the drive thru todaynShe was extremely helpful. Plus the pharmacy was filthy.

Been trying to confirm prescriptions for my elderly parents. Confirmed they were ready four different times, yet they are not there upon arrival. After expressing my dismay, the pharmacy employee, a young, clearly inexperienced woman hung up on me, mid-sentence. Absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with , especially when dealing with something as important as my parents’ medicine. Moving to Walgreens next door. Do Not trust them for such an important job.

This CVS used to be so on top of their stuff!nSince the female pharmacist has been there, there have been so many mistakes made and she is also very rude and unprofessional! Definitely not someone youd want helping you out when you're sick because shes there to do the bare minimum and that's it! She literally told me this when I met her for the first time. She said she was not going out of her way for me. Most of the techs are great and do their best, but not the pharmacist! She does not like her job and needs some lessons in customer service!

Spoke with a guy by the name of Scott, never had such rude customer service. I'd be embarrassed to have someone work for me that treated customers the way he treats people. Would not recommend this CVS and definitely recommend additional training for a few folks behind the pharmacy counter.
