We are very happy with our overall experience and the final result of our new gutters, soffits, and siding. Tim was quick to do an estimate and patiently answered all of our questions. He even helped us find a new patio door at a great price! The actual install was quick and the installer, Chad, was really professional and a pleasure to work with. We have been recommending T Smith to our friends and neighbors, and we cannot stop talking about how beautiful it has all turned out! When we are ready to replace the rest of our doors or the roof, Tim will be the only person we call!
We have done business with T. Smith for over 10 years. Just this month,, he replaced the doors and windows in my shop. I love this company. They show up when they say they will, their products are excellent, and their workmanship is the very best. I am an old guy and I have seen all types of contractors, Smith is The Very Best. No, I am not related to em, nor paid by em, I just want to do you a favor and tell you to search no more. These guys are the best. Please don’t fall for those slick talkers ya see on TV, call T. Smith and save a lot of money and grief. I guess the best thing is that they are low key, no high pressure sales pitch or loud boasting, just arrive on time and quietly do wonderful work. Thanks guys for yet another Job Well Done!
Working with T. Smith was great! We had replacement windows put in our house and some siding work and we are thrilled with the result. Tim was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We had a small snafu where the manufacturer sent the wrong color window but a new window was expedited and replaced promptly. Angus was our installer and we couldn't have asked for a better install crew. He always called to tell us he was on his way and kept us in the loop during the entire install process. They also did a great job of keeping our yard and our house clean during the install process which is often an overlooked aspect. Dealing with Tim and Angus was a delight and I would highly recommend you give T. Smith a look if you are looking for replacement windows and siding.
Very easy to communicate with through email and they accommodated my schedule by showing up a little later in the morning. They were very efficient in putting in a new large front window.
Tim came to our house and give us an estimate and start date on vinyl siding. Chad and Ronnie arrived and went to work immediately. Very professional and great to work with. Finished the job on a very windy day. Would recommend Tim and his crew to anyone.
