My family and I spent four weeks at Lookout 7. It was a fantastic experience. The house is amazing and well located. We were there Sept/Oct, so cannot speak to its location as it relates to skiing. However, it was perfect for fall with easy access to hiking and biking trails. Because we were in the house so long, we cooked there quite a bit. It had everything we needed and all of it was in good condition. The beds were all comfortable and the furnishings are all updated (make sure you are looking at the photos with the updated furnishings; they are much nicer than the ones in the other set of photos out there). We only had to reach out to Park City Rental Properties for one issue and they responded and addressed it immediately. We would highly recommend Park City Rental Properties and Lookout 7!

We had a great stay, we had great communication with the rental company and questions answered quickly. They sent us lots of information about Park City and things to do during our stay. We loved the condo that we stayed in. It was very nice and clean with one exception. The rug in the living room needed to be cleaned. The only other down side was that compared to other rentals we looked at, the cleaning fee was twice as high and the fee to bring our dog was nearly three times more $$$ than other rentals. But that won’t be a deterrent for anyone not bringing a pet. It was still worth it to us to bring our dog. We had a great time and would come again.

What a great place from which to enjoy the Park City area! First, the expansive view greets you on all three floors from the lower recreation room to the main floor kitchen & family area to the master suite. It was sparkling clean and nicely furnished and provisioned with everything we needed. Pool & hot tub were just a short walk away, as well as a workout area and steam room. No question we will come back to this one!

We stayed at the Timberwolf Lodge. We were initially very skeptical to book this lodge after reading some of the bad reviews but we took a chance and we were very happy with our decision. It was a perfect family getaway and my kids enjoyed every minute of it. It provides the much needed privacy that you can't get from other condos in the area. Honestly, there are some issues that we want to point out so it can be addressed by the owner/property manager but these issues did not prevent us from enjoying this beautiful unit. For example, some of the interior doors do not latch, some of the windows and screens need more cleaning, the downstairs toilet is not secured properly, a broken patio chair, and the instructions to access the hot tub and also to take out trash are outdated. Things to consider: We couldn't use the garage because of the steep driveway as our Ford Explorer was bottoming out. That was not a problem as there were plenty parking spots around the property. This lodge is close to a major street and it can get loud when you open the windows to get some cool air as there is no AC. But the surrounding trees and creek provide an nice ambiance and you probably will not even notice the street noise. Overall, this was an excellent experience for my family of 4 and we would definitely come back again.

The reservation, check-in, and check-out process went off without a hitch. And in fact, the office was exceedingly accommodating about allowing us to reschedule around the Covid restrictions. That was a pleasant surprise, as the cancellation policy pretty much removed that option. The condo itself was in a great location, it was clean, and the great room area was super comfortable, allowing all of us to be together while some watched TV, others prepared meals or snacks, and still others enjoyed the hot tub. Our only frustrations were that the beds were hard, not comfortable at all, and we never could find any oven mitts, towels, or wash cloths in the kitchen. However, there seemed to be a great variety of pots and pans, utensils, and other cookware. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.
