I stayed here for a girl's weekend and it was a nice experience. The room that we were in was quite nice, with the exception of an oven being completely broken and unusable. The staff was accommodating and gave us another room to use the kitchen because that was the purpose of us choosing this location, which was very nice. The kitchen in the other room was very old, but workable. I would not have wanted to pay full price for that room, considering the room we originally booked was much more modern with new appliances. There isn't an elevator, so getting food and a baby stroller up and down the stairs was difficult, but not impossible. The location was a little difficult to find in terms of the parking (the map took us to the front instead of the parking around the back, which goes up on the hill), but it was convenient for getting to the town center. Overall, a little pricey considering the kitchen wasn't usable, but they were accommodating with providing access to another room's kitchen.

I booked this property through Hotels.com. I never got a confirmation and the reservation did not show up through the Hotels.com website. It was in March right when everything shut down for COVID-19. All the restaurants and shops were closed. They refused to give a refund or credit towards a future stay.

Great room! The layout is very convenient and clean...very relaxing. The only thing that I truly missed was having a great shower the next morning. The water never got hotter than lukewarm. That was a major bummer and really foiled some plans, but I'd go back (if the water temperature was fixed).

The room was nice...parking was a nightmare. To be fair, the city does shutdown main street Sunday at 7am. The location is great. My only complaint is the group smoking weed across the balcony from us...and I'm pro-weed. But, when I'm sitting around trying to relax, that is not the smell to have floating around. Overall decent experience...not super boujie like most places in the city.

Staff was friendly. The shower had hair on the wall, not mine or my wife's, which was gross. The people above us were incredibly loud, pounding on their floor all night. We tried calling the front desk to complain 3 times and no one answered. Won't be coming back or recommending this place.
