I started looking for a new bike 5-6 months ago. At 6'8 there aren't many pre-fabricated bike frames that I fit on. I called a number of shops and everyone either didn't have anything that would work or assured me I'd fit on a smaller frame than what I was riding. My 64 cm frame is already too small so fitting on something smaller isn't feasible. I completed an order for a custom bike from Seven Cycles through Frank and it was an amazing experience. We hit some bumps along the way, but Frank's dedication to customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The bike is a great fit and I'm so glad I was given the option for a custom bike. This my bike shop from now on. Excellent service and communication. These guys know their stuff and they listen to your needs and help you. Got my two tires converted to tubeless, would not go anywhere else.
