Good shop, I drive across town to for the service. The owner/operator is fair priced and honest which is hard to find.
I am very pleased with the customer service and skilled work at Texas Cycle Werks. The owner was very knowledgeable and straight forward with fair prices! He even helped us figure out mount our bikes on a very old bike rack when we picked them up. Definitely will return the next time my bike needs repairs and would recommend to anyone.
Zack knows his stuff, my favorite bike shop in ATX for repairs.
Am writing this review to thank the awesome customer care provided by the staff. One of the good bike repair shop in South Austin and have visited the shop couple of times for regular bike maintainence.nThe shop was closed for last few months due to quarantine situation and was very disappointing. Now am happy that the shop was open again for business.nAnother reason for writing this review is currently we need to support the local business who are providing good service during this pandemic.Do check them out and i hope you'll also feel the same way
