Me & my father have the same first name it’s just spelt different. Ch/K beginning our first names, different middle names, same last name. They GAVE MY FATHER one of my prescriptions a few months ago without my consent. They gave him a narcotic, without my consent! Is this not illegal? I had an issue with them today & came to write a full review about the service I’ve had, but realizing a lot of people have the same issues with their pharmacy. I’d really love to know if this is illegal & how to take legal action towards them if it is. If it wasn’t my father I would’ve never gotten it back, but I had to drive to his house to go get it & he was very confused I’m glad he didn’t take it himself!!!!! You guys should be ashamed!

Every single time I go to pick up my prescriptions I experience the most miserable staff. You should really look into hiring people who actually want to work there! The wait I had Today for one prescription was ridiculous and when the woman came back to the drive through she reluctantly apologized almost like it hurt her to even say it. Please hire some people who actually want to work and know how to deliver customer service.

This Walgreens is known as the Walgreens with the miserable Pharmacist in the white settlement community. She’s rude to everyone, the customers and even the pharmacy employees! I’m surprised store management hasn’t done anything about her yet, the whole store must be under poor management. Do not go here if you don’t have too, she’s horrible.

This store just made my wife leave in tears they full on discriminated her because she was using a work permit instead of a drivers license, they told her to go to another store to do western union because they won’t accect it a manager told her that ELISHA. That was racist and discriminating we have done western union there for as long as she has been here and it is an option on their system to use it and she straight up made her very uncomfortable. Then they finally let her send the money and told her they will accept it just this once. This is wrong. Terrible management if she is a manager.
