My husband and I could not be anymore happier with Mr. Roof. We had our entire roof replaced. Brandon (our sales representative) was amazing. He was so thorough with the presentation and answered all our questions. Very personable too. We were so happy with the results and timely job, we immediately scheduled another appointment and had our insulation redone. Edgar and Joey done a fantastic job. All of these guys are professional and very friendly and helpful. If we ever have another job that these guys can take care of, they will be my first call.
Update: We called Mr. Roof again because we noticed a drip at the corner or garage near the gutter. Edgar quickly figured out the problem was a clogged downspout and fixed it up for us, free of charge. He even sealed around the hole for the downspout after he noticed the hole in the gutter was bigger than the downspout. As usual, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Roof.nnWe chose Mr. Roof because their product appeared to be good quality and affordable. Mark installed gutter guards for us. He was very thorough and did a great job.

We had GREAT customer services. Josh and Jason was great to deal with. Even the office staff called to let us know when our roofing supplies was in and called back to check to make use we was happy with the work done.
Joey Herron and Edgar did a very good job. They inspected our roof, repaired siding and and replaced venting screens on both sides of the house. They were very courteous, efficient and answered all our questions. We have used Mr. Roof in the past as well, have been very satisfied and would use them again in the future.
