I pass up 2 well known bike shops to come to Bikes Inc and use J.R. for all my mechanical needs. J.R. got my crew and I tuned up for our century ride yesterday and my bike never felt better. He was absolutely awesome to work with and I learned so much just from the short time I spent there. J.R. and the Arlington Bikes Inc location exuded the experience and camaraderie that exemplifies the cycling community. I have found my guy and bike shop and that is J.R. and Bikes Inc! Can’t thank you enough J.R.!!!

JR and Matt are the reason why I will continue to go there. Matt took the time to answer all of my questions on getting bike parts as well as a new bike purchase. I never felt pressured and all of his answers seemed to revolve around what is best for me and my cycling, not for him or the store. After purchasing my bike, it was too busy to get it fit the day I bought it, but I returned a week later. JR took an incredible amount of time and attention to make sure my bike was fitted perfectly for me and it now fits like a glove. He didn't just fit the bike, he educated me as to why the adjustments should be made, was constantly giving me tips to be more efficient, and things to look out for in the future. He has a passion for cycling that is contagious. I haven't always had great experiences here, but every time I've dealt with these two gentleman, I leave the store excited to get back on the bike. This is how it should be, and why I'll go back.

I took my mother-in-law’s 3 wheel knee walker in as it had brake issues. She had fallen earlier in the day. They quickly fixed the brake and “no charge.” GREATLY appreciate the kind wonderful help. This bike shop, which I bought my bike 5 years earlier, stays at the top of the class.

JR provided a great bike fit experience for me. He started out with my bike shoes making sure my cleats were set and in the correct location. I told him that I was sliding off my seat and my low back was hurting on long rides. He adjusted the seat, stem and shifters. I have gone on several 30+ mile rides without any issues. I will be back.
