Worst experience ever! Been using them for over a year due to our insurance. They were welcoming in the beginning but as time went on they became lazy, rude, unethical and completely unprofessional. They will not let you speak to the pharmacist even if the pharmacist asks for you to call them back. The techs will hang up on you and so will all the pharmacist. They will make you feel uncomfortable and if you take a controlled substance even if your not a addict they will treat you like one. They have made up policies that make no sense. They will fill prescriptions at their discretion. They always have an excuse as to why it is not done, either a truck has to come or we have to speak to insurance or a made up policy. By the way call insurance they never heard of the policy nor did they have an issue with you getting filled. I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly and unproductive. Honestly pharmacy should be shut down cleaned out and start fresh, no one should be treated in this manner no one. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!

My husband showed the pharmacy Good RX coupon for his medication, which said $31. Not only was the employee snooty and rude she denied him using the coupon and charged him $97 for 9 pills. EXTREMELY upset by this. We do not have insurance and already pay our doctor Bill's out of pocket along with out prescriptions. Good to know all other Wal Marts accept Good RX except the vidor location. Will never use them again.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and have to say that they people who work here are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you. I suggest that you do not judge them by any negative review on here because as a general rule they are great.

My dog is a diabetic and I have to give her insulin shots, I ran out of needles and went into this store and asked If I could buy some, the cashier wasn't sure, she asked the Pharmacist, The lady pharmacist was so rude to me, her response to me was they don't sell them unless you buy the insulin from them, I had purchase the insulin from the Lumberton Walmart. I had just run out of the needles. I will never use this pharmacy ever again. This wasn't the first time I had experienced rudeness from them. But I can assure you I will be taking my business elsewhere. I put everything else I was getting back and walked out.
