I walked into the pharmacy there were 2 pharmacists working. I have waited at the counter a few minutes. A third pharmacist walked towards me the went to another area and turned her back. I waited another few minutes. Finally, I asked for help.nnWhile waiting several customers came in. I heard a bell. After hearing the bell in my mind I was being ignored.nnCustomer service needs to be polished.
Roberds Pharmacy is Unique and One of a Kind pharmacy, they carry top of the line supplements, homeopathics, personal care items, essential oils, and more. I love this pharmacy, they care for their customers above any other pharmacy that I have been to. I refer my friends and family to Roberds knowing the entire staff will take wonderful care of them.
The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and eager to help. .. not to mention, Roberds Pharmacy has such a great selection of pharmaceutical grade supplements. :)
Great service! Love this pharmacy! Winter snow storm hit.... ice and rain and more snow.... Kroger and HEB pharmacies were closed. Roberd’s was OPEN and I got all my meds on time! Thank you!!!
