Called in to the shop last week, as walk-in, to get some help with rear mech. Staff were very friendly and kept me informed as they worked methodically through possible issues, everything went great on test ride before checking out. Picked up a few odds and ends as well when I was there.nDon’t see service this good that often these days, highly recommended.nHappy rides.
Impressive customer service. I took my wheel in to be trued. They immediately tried to fix it while I waited but discovered that the issue went beyond a simple true. So they kept it a few days so their wheel builder could try to fix the issue. After doing all they could, they gave me the wheel back in better shape and, because they couldn't fix it completely, charged me $0. Outstanding.nnAs I ordinarily do my own bike work, this was my first interaction with Race Ready. It will not be my last.
Friendly and courteous. I told them I was in a bind for time and they were willing to help. Professional results at a fair price. You can't find better than that!
Finding a bike right now is very difficult, finding a bike that fits your needs right now is almost impossible. ALMOST. Gary and the RRR team provided expertise and availability when no one else could and I could not be happier with their level of service and professionalism.
