Wonderful experience buying a bike over eBay, from Northern lower Michigan. Good deal, quick shipping, great follow up after the sale. Had two small issues, and they never dropped the ball. Great bike shop
These guys provide a great service. I have used them numerous times to sell my used race bikes, and they always seem to find a market for them. If you have a quality used bike, they will give you a fair price without you having to go through the hassle of listing it. I highly recommend Goodbye Cycle.
I am happy with their offer on my used Specialized Epic FSR. I'd been trying to sell it for a couple of months through other means with a little interest but no serious buyer ever came forward. So I requested a quote from Goodbye Cycle and they offered me the same amount I had been posting the bike for on other forums. I arrived at their location to drop off the bike and within 15 minutes I had my check in hand and was ready to go. The employees I dealt with were professional and kind, no problems were encountered at all.
