came in for repair and to browse equipment. I was immediately acknowledged and helped within 5 minutes on logging the bike for repair. When I went to the sales area, the representative was knowledgeable about the equipment I wanted (a mount, a helmet, a bike). He was very polite too.
I was made to feel welcome and they helped me find the right part. Service was swift and efficient, as if they valued my time like I value it. Great Place.
I love these guys, they're so nice and informative, they did a free bike check and didn't even push me to buy something, the guys there told us about a bike maintenance class once a month that's free! The second Wednesday of every month! Just awesome!!
I've been a Bike Barn customer for over 13 years and have purchased multiple bikes from Geoff. I followed him from the Westheimer location to the Katy location simply because of his customer service.nI'm also a 28 year Spin instructor and have sent countless people to Bike Barn for shoes, padded shorts, gels, etc. I've never heard a single complaint from any of them about how they were treated.nExceeding expectations with every customer contact!!
Very friendly people made purchasing a bicycle very easy. They showed me several bicycle that were the correct size and I went out for a test drive. Made my selection and then had accessories installed. Very happy with my purchase. I would recommend the Bike Barn without reservations.
