I have been coming to this location for many years and it’s extremely surprising to me how they still have a lady named SYLVIA still working as a manager here. It’s really disappointing and disturbing to see how rude and loud this lady is and continues to be!! Each time we come in, we can see how rude she is to other costumers and even when she talks on the phone she is loud and rude (rolling her eyes) where everyone can witness this, the owner should call as a “secret shopper” so they can witness themselves how rude and unprofessional she is. She was very rude to us several times we came to visit this store. It’s just extremely surprising! Andrew is the one who keeps us coming back! It’s sad and she needs to go, this lady should not be the face of this place. Owner needs to really do something about this. I would like to discuss and particular situation as well to the owner. I work in customer service and this is beyond unacceptable. I am still in shock of the situation. I can agree with the store being great and the prices, but this is not okay at all.nnThanks!
Great Place to do business!! Everyone is very helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Not your typical pawn shop. Would do business here again. Great prices too.
Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! I tried to extend my loan with my card over the phone and gave them my card # like 4 times. Both ladies kept telling me that the zip code is not correct, I login online to check my card and see that I was charged 3 TIMES for the loan extension amount! They gave me the run around saying it did go through but they voided all the charges but they did not. I hate this place.
Very nice store. Great location, and employees always make my experience a good one, Good service and reasonable pricing. I would go back again.
