I was instantly greeted and assisted. She was able to find the photos I ordered and I checked out with no problem.

The worst customer service staff in the pharmacy section I have ever seen in my 53 years of being on earth... They are rude, never smile, never greet or return a greet. Often screwed up my orders. I have been with CVS at a different location and never had an issue, but this location needs serious customer service training.

When I walked in, I wondered if the store were even staffed.nI tried finding what I came into the store for, couldn’t, had to use the restroom, looked some more, found my items— this is all while only seeing customers in the store.nI get to the cash register and there is no one behind the register nor any staff nearby.nI had a handful of items waiting to pay. I called out “Hello?” But got no answer.nAfter a few more minutes, I took it as a sign and just left the items at the register and walked out.nnStrangest “shopping” experience in a while. ud83dude33

If you are traveling, Don't do COVID test at CVS it will not be ready on time, just waste of money and time and you have to reschedule your flight and your hotel it is a miss not recommended. be carful

After you get your confirmed positive virus results, you can stock up on your quarantine supplies at Kroger across the street. Toilet paper, soup, pasta, drinking water
