This is one of the worst CVS stores I’ve dealt with. I have taken prescriptions off auto fill only as my insurance will be changing only to find they are now “scheduled to be filled” and thus I cannot transfer the prescriptions even after I called and requested that it not be scheduled it is still showing “scheduled to be filled”. A script I will be paying out of pocket for thus was sent by my MD as a 90 day supply was then changed to a 1 month supply and filled without my consent causing more issues. I would recommend going to another CVS if you don’t want to call multiple times when issues arise.

I’ve never had issues at this CVS or any but this one was my favorite as I used to live around the corner for a few months and used to frequent this CVS almost daily. Today I went in to purchase some items and I asked to use the restroom and told the woman it was an emergency. She said she understands but they’re closed because they were out of order. I wouldn’t mind if it was the truth but the fact that i saw an employee walk out drying his hand and paper towels in hand, says otherwise. You have restrooms for a reason. If I had been an older person or had any kind of urinary or intestinal issue where I had no option and she did that, that would have been much worse for your store. Lol but really. If you don’t like having to clean the restroom, don’t pick a job that requires that. I was a paying customer.

Such a rude treatment you get when you ask for something simple. You don’t have to be rude if you don’t know something and for a pharmacy I entered within a mask covering where your worker doesn’t have one on. So next time don’t tell me that I have to wear a mask if you can’t make your worker wear one.

Tried to get a dental paste with my dentist prescription and the pharmacist said she had to call my dentist the next day... for a dental toothpaste! Ridiculous.nThen went to pt and tried to check price first (bcs the products from Physicians Formula don’t have a price) and they said I couldn’t do it at the self pay, so he took care of others customers before me.nI waisted my time!

Came this location to print some photos. Had my USB with me, they said it's not working you got to have a cord ! Really? A cord !! why don't you guys show appreciation for the customers either fixed the USB connector or put a cord that people can do the job that they also pay for. Employees are also careless and responded to me by saying go to the other location... so rude and unprofessional.
