The cashier lady there was so rude and doesn't feel to work at all. When i asked about my cvs reward she was very mean to me and started shaking her head like give me the f off. Never going back there and never shopping at cvs and about to cancel my membership.nDated 04/11/2021 at 9:45 pm

I have been getting my prescriptions here for many years now. The pharmacist has always been understanding and listened. She gave me a flu shot the other day; best one I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel it at all! Highly recommend.

I used to shop here often and fill my RX here at this location but after today, this was the last draw, due to a very rude manager named Kimberly. This is the 2nd time she has been rude to me. First time we did not receive all paid merchandise (which we bought a lot of and had a large bag that we thought had everything in it) but when we got home, we realized that we did not get all of our stuff we paid for. Simple mistake, it happens. We called the store and the very nice lady (not Kimberly) who helped us realized it and held the merchandise at the front near the photo station with our name on it. She apologized and was very nice about it. Next day I went to get the rest of my items, I approached Kimberly the manager (first time seeing her and haven’t seen her before) and explained the situation. She looked in 2 places and said nope nothing was turned in. She the said well you have to just come back in 30 min when the lady who checked everything out comes into work and talk to her. Kimberly didn’t really seem to care and didn’t look that much. I came back 30 min later and the nice lady who checked us out the night before remembered us and walked right where Kimberly has looked and brought the bag full of merchandise we forgot to us with a smile. It even had our name written on it on a piece of paper taped to the bag! Today I went to go buy a birthday card for my daughter and Kimberly was on shift. When I was next in line to be checked out, and placed my items on the counter for her to ring up and said hello. No hello back or anything. She asked me if I’m paying cash or card. I said card. She then ordered me to use the self check out. I told her no thanks, I’m here now and had my 3 items already on the counter. I informed her that I do not appreciate how I was treated and asked for corporates contact info. She then looked at me and gave me her name and also mentioned that I work for (my company) as she saw my work uniform on. I feel retaliation coming and will never shop there again. She asked me if I wanted the merchandise or not. I then informed her that when a customer approaches the counter with merchandise on the counter do not direct them to self check out instead. I told her I don’t get a W2 from CVS and it’s her job to ring up my items when I place them on the counter. Then got a have a nice night out of her and I replied with likewise and left. Hopefully others don’t get treated just like I have been treated badly twice now. My rating is 2 stars because everything is stocked when I come in and I’ve had no issues with the pharmacy.

I think rides at Disney have shorter wait times.

Best CVS by far to shop at in the area - Wonderful Pharmacy tram as well.
