CLOSED DOWN - Store isn’t at the location on the address, a UPS store has replaced it. Their phones are inoperable & it appears their business email is as well, don’t order from here.

I have to be honest here. I ordered from this company several months ago. No shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no customer service. My order took more than a month to arrive. But it did eventually show up.nnThey even doubled my order when it finally did arrive. It seems they are going through management changes and are trying to make things better. They eventually came through in the end but it could've been handled far better.nnThe product I ordered (Phenibut) is really good and I have been using it with excellent results. I might give this company one more chance with another order if I know I will get it within 2 weeks and there is customer service in place.

So, like other people leaving a review I will start with the bad. Shipping time as of recent have been delayed, in the past this was not so. But there could be many reasons for this. On the contrary, their products of of high quality, some of the highest quality around, at times too pure. But also they are a very generous company handing out free bottles of stock to you for late orders, reviews, and returning customers. Yes, their ship times suck, but if your willing to wait, the quality of their products will more than make up for their ship times

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!! My order was processed and the money was gone from my account in 3 days. It's been a month and still haven't shipped my order. I filled out the contact form on their website a week ago and no reply by email or phone. I tried calling twice and go figure you can't leave a voicemail because the sketchy mailbox is full. I WANT MY FREAKING MONEY BACK!! The guy on the voicemail even sounds like a moron. What a scam.
