This is the location where I originally bought my first ever bike, a hard tail - Roscoe 8, amazing employees; insightful and helpful. They are very thorough with the process. I recently broke the hangar while riding and I came in 2 hours before closing and they were very kind and helpful, they fixed it right back that same day and I left with my bike working as new.

Very helpful as soon as my family and I walked in! We live in Katy and went to visit that location and we were completely ignored. Not one person looked our way or bothered to help. However at the Wirt Rd. Location we were immediately greeted at the door by Corbin. He was very helpful in assisting us. I found a bike that day and love it. Thank you!

Worse service received.nWas kept on hold for several minutes, walked into the store while on hold, with them.nTheir excuse, our phone system is not working.nI asked them to call another store to check on inventory, they cant do that, the other store is busy. Not true as i went to the other store and i was made aware that 1 they never got a call and 2 the i10, 610 store does this all the time.nYa, glad other stores exist.nGo somewhere else.nManagement, have your phones fixed, work on getting your agents to understand customers are you life blood.nI cannot stress this enough, avoid this place.nIts a shame other bike barn shops are much better.nWhile at other bike barn...nThe store in I10, yes, everyone complains.

From the moment I walked in and when the work was completed I was greeted by the friendly team. They took their time to address all of my concerns and questions and get to the bottom of what I needed. My bike was repaired the very same day and done so in a very professional manner. The entire staff and techs should be commended on their professionalism and great customer relations. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to the memorial location. Great job guys!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they always try to accommodate you based on tour needs and urgency. Most importantly they often time for above and beyond helping you even when they don’t have the resolution themselves, this creates a level of trust that makes me want to come back for all other needs I might have..nAlways a great experience when shopping and or serving my bike at the shop.nAlso have to THANK BIKE BARN for always and unconditionally supporting the cycling community more than any other bike shop in Houston and adjacent areas..
