Mark at NTX Carts was wonderful to work with. He helped us customize everything to our liking and even did a special add on for my husband. The cart was ready and delivered to us before the window he originally gave us. I have already recommended Mark and NTX Carts to several in our new neighborhood and I will keep doing so. So nice dealing with good people. No haggles or gimmicks. Just bought our first one today. Very impressed with everything. Price, customer service, everything. The staff at NTX Carts were laid back and helpful with zero pressure to purchase. I found a used golf cart at a reasonable price and it was delivered the same day. When it arrived, the windshield broke and noticed a minor mechanical issue. The cart was promptly loaded back on the trailer to the shop, fixed, and returned within the hour. The staff was apologetic about the issue and made the things right without me having to ask. I went to NTX Carts as I have heard from a friend of mine who bought two carts there that they have great customer service and I was not disappointed. When I am ready to upgrade, I am going back to Mark Mitchell's business!
