Working in the real estate industry, it’s important to work with contractors who are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Mark Cox of Assurance Roofing has always exceeded my expectations of all three qualities. I refer to him as having a PhD in roofing because he can so eloquently explain details about roofing that most never even begin to explain. He oversees his crews on every project to make sure they are meeting his high level of expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to any of my clients.

Mark and his team are exceptional craftsman and did outstanding work on our ranch home roof and gutters. He incorporated copper valleys into our existing design which we are exceedingly pleased with, and he helped us determine how best to incorporate the pergola we want to build seamlessly into our new roof. In fact, he stayed late to help us install the roof mounts to ensure our design doesn't compromise the integrity of our new roof. Mark and his team was awesome throughout the entire project, from start to finish. My wife and I have complete confidence in recommending him to you.

I got recommended Assurance Roofing b/c of Mark's hard work and reliability, especially for skylight issues. When we reached out for an estimate, Mark came out and quickly gave us a very reasonable estimate on the skylight issue, and provided very clear simple descriptions of our problem and all our options available. When we decided to go with Mark, he came out and spent the entire day not only resolving our skylight issue, but also making a few other small repairs while we were up on the roof making fixes. The total cost was reasonable, the work was good, and Mark's communication and explanations were simple and easy to understand, especially for a brand new homeowner such as myself.

Last week, Mark replaced a 30 year old skylight which had a condensation issue. Because the company no longer made that exact model and the size of the replacement was slightly different, he came up with a solution that worked. As others have said, we appreciated his personal attention and willingness to educate us in the process. By just looking at the roof, he was able to determine the manufacturer and color of the shingles, and forewarned us that new shingles will never exactly match the ones that had been on the roof exposed to the elements for years. Since it was on the back of the house, it did not really matter, but it was nice to know what to expect in advance. We were very pleased with the results and plan to call on him again. We have 7 more skylights and may have roofing needs in the future. He is a knowledgeable, professional, trust-worthy problem solver.
