Staff is SUPER helpful! I’m a total newbie when it comes to bikes and they gave me a lot of knowledge. Of course they are there to sell Trek bikes and gear but their enthusiasm and kindness felt absolutely sincere. Amy and Barbara helped me out when I was there and they were so kind to answer all of my many questions! Amy was even so nice as to lend me a helmet for the first couple of days so I could ride safely. I was overwhelmed when doing my research and the staff here helped me mitigate that. Will definitely be coming back often!

I can’t remember the gentlemen’s name but I must say talk about friendly and will take care of you? Wow it’s very often to get any help but the fact that all questions were asked on the spot and also got recommended to another store where they had what I was looking for. They have great selection of bikes here. The treatment here is A1! Would recommend 10/10!

I went in simply to buy a pair of cycling shoes and the entire experience was five star thanks to Randall who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and warm and showed me several shoe options and installed the cleats for me. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes and I was beyond thrilled with the service. Just an overall wonderful experience.

Been coming for three years. Every visit is great customer service. Recently had some new components added to my bike. After two hundred miles they needed some adjustments. Fully expected to pay for service. The folks in the back threw it on the stand and took 15 minutes to tweak, explain, and fix my issues... For free. I'll be coming back often.

They have been so very responsive and helpful - key to my transition back into road biking during Covid. They are my go-to for any bike needs... walk up is easy and each person is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I do not feel ‘judged’ on my bicycle tech knowledge as some bike shops tend to do.
