If I could give a negative 10 for attitude issues... they would score a perfect negative 10000. I usually don’t leave reviews BUT it’s something about the pharmacy staff here that is just plain rude and disrespectful. When the pharmacist has to ask you to leave a good review online....that’s bad! Your staff makes a customer want to change stores and drive further! Always a smart response or sour attitude!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve called twice since last night, and both times I called immediately put me on hold and stayed on hold for about 20 mins before someone picked. Never going back!

(WAITED TWO HOURS FOR A PRESCRIPTION) If I could have done 0 stars I would have , the customer service at this location is atrocious ; I was placed on hold 3 times on the phone too see if my prescription was available in ready the Technician Receptionist Naomi stated that she had a line that was too long . For her to take my information over the phone and completely placed me on hold once again with out my consent ; Quentin L the pharmacist had to step in on be half of the assistant manager Alliyah Richard , Ms. Richard was supposed resolve my issue & instead she ignored the issue , I then asked Manag Dawn Certified manager do they have a corporate number . She then stated that she is the manager and didn’t know anything about my 2 hour wait ; she then stated there very busy although there was no line when I arrived ; she then started making excuses for a two hour wait that could have been resolved within 5-10mins . Would not recommend this too anyone !

Pharmacy is always slow/backed up. They never answer calls just send you straight to hold. The pharmacy staff are some of the rudest people that I have encountered and they get upset for problems/mishaps/errors that THEY themselves have caused. Customer service is key and they don't even have the lock to put the key inside of. I have overheard them talking about wanting to duck down so that customers don't see them, lol sure we have those moments but don't say those things in front of other customers. I have been having problems with them before but no more transferring to another pharmacy.
