We were camping at Cedar Hill State Park and we encountered a problem with a flat tire that we could not inflate. Dexter eagerly took our bike and was determined to help! He advised us that we had a tube with an incorrect valve size and the valve was damaged. After searching high and low, he found the tube we needed! He also noted that our handlebar was missing a safety spacer which he quickly took care of. Dexter is a true professional! He loves his job and loves helping people. We had a great time on the DORBA mountain biking trails! Thank you so much!
I made an appointment for service. The ETA provided was 3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks. Not a call, lady at front was very dismissive when I was booking and asking for bike options. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt these weeks in case they called. Not a recommended place to repair or shop for bikes.
I love this store! They are so helpful, knowledgable, straightforward, and genuinely friendly! We have bought our bikes and accessories from here and get our bikes serviced here as well. The quality is outstanding. Thank you for your care of your customers!!
I have looked for a few weeks for a bike during the shut down. B&B had a large selection, customer service was amazing. The people are so nice. I highly recommend them. They are worth the drive. I will be a forever customer and recommend to all my friends and family. The best!!
Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Great selection of equipment and pretty much anything you need for cycling/biking.
