I went to the store today to purchase a new bicycle for myself, and my son was going to purchase one as well. That would have been about a thousand dollars. No one would assist us with the bikes. One lady walking through on her cellphone said she would get someone. We never saw her again, nor did anyone else come to assist us. Also, the bikes are poorly assembled, so beware if you want to purchase it pre-assembled from the rack. I will not spend my money where I am not given good service.
Came in today and got help from 2 different associates. The second named AJ sure made a lasting impression! He took the time to ask relevant questions and find the specific item we were needing. He even encouraged my pessimistic son to keep trying at his sport and not give up. Very encouraging and nice person, he definitely helped make my first time at this location worthwhile. Thank you!
If you're going for fishing gear don't bother. They need to either up their inbound product or get someone in there that knows more about fishing.. smdh
I found some things I didn't expect to find. I also found a few things I was looking for. The store is neat and clean and the staff was friendly and were wearing masks and hand sanitizer was available to use. I definitely would recommend anybody to this store. I plan on visiting again for sure.
I was not greeted by anyone within the store, but I was able to find what I needed relatively easily. Once I reached the check-out, the clerk was very friendly and helpful with my purchase questions.
