I bought my gravel bike here during the worst of the pandemic. They were mindful of the virus and made sure there weren't too many people in the store at one time, which made it safe for their customers and staff. They were also really helpful and nice. And didn't push products on me like a lot of bike shops tend to do. Thanks for my bike!
The mandate is lifted! Act like it.nnRichardson Bike Mart (in McKinney) denied my business. I even said I would wait at the curb. The manager came out and told me I wasn't welcome without a face diaper. And, it was too much trouble for them to deal with. All sheeple going in and out were muzzled. So I took my Cannondale to Cadence Cyclery of McKinney on the square. No customer, that I could see, wore a mask. Some of the employees weren't wearing masks! Thank you Jesus! It was almost normal. To the owner of Cadence, God bless you! I bought new tires, a new wrap for the handle bars, new chain and an annual tune up.nI was so enthusiastic after this!
Enjoyed visiting/shopping this shop. Very attentive and helpful staff. I walked out with new road pedals, shoes and cleats. Happy day. : )

My husband and I found this store online whilst looking (unsuccessfully) for a retailer in Dallas who stocked a particular model of bike rack. We were in luck here, and we are very happy to have discovered this gem. Chad (who I believe to be the owner) was extremely helpful and was able to satisfy our needs. We will definitely call again when we need bike accessories.
