I spoke with pharmacy because when we went to pick up my sons medication they informed us our coverage was showing we had to use a secondary insurance on file. I then spoke with both my insurance and 3rd party solutions that informed me no other insurance was on file and that the problem was with our pharmacy. When i called to inform pharmacy of that again the woman i spoke with first stated they didnt accept our type of insurance and then stated wait ill look it up and said it shows a secondary insurance and i needed to call my insurance again. I informed her that my insurance stated that wasnt the case and I offered both numbers for contact and she stated no that they use their own numbers and that i would be contacted if a refund was available. I am very upset about this as there is no reason for me to have paid out of pocket for medications when i have coverage. I am also upset because the error is through Walgreens end and not my insurance company and i would like this matter resolved immediately

Was disappointed Reward points only pay out in whole dollars, so u pay the cents. Also milk products can NOT be purchased w/Reward points:(

Horribly could not get my prescription in time. Got the run around and was told it would be ready in a hour. A hour and a half later I go to pick up my script. It was not ready,then was told it would be 30 minutes untill it was ready. Hour later get a call they don’t have it. Told to send to another Walgreens they refused to do it. I’ll never go there again. Stay away unless you want to get mad and waste your time/day!!!

Always friendly staff, never have to wait long when in line. Pharmacy is busy, but fill prescriptions quickly!
