I experienced excellent customer service on the sales floor and at checkout. They are clean and found what I wanted. They were busy but quickly got the customers checked out and on their way.nI would definitely return to this CVS. I just happened to be in the neighborhood.

This pharmacy is usually pretty good, but they were recently out of a medicine I must take daily. They said they had to order it, and it would be in in a few days. I asked for a couple of loaner pills. The day came, and they were still out, got a couple more loaner pills (again, they didn’t offer. I had to ask). Here for the third pick up try and still nothing. At this point, they know it’s a vital daily medicine, never called me, never offered to transfer the prescription to another CVS. My husband had to practically beg for them to look up what CVS has the medicine. They found one and my husband is rushing over there before it closes. Why wasn’t this done in the first place?

Since nothing is open 24 hrs anymore this was the only place supposed to be open until midnight. Even says it on a big sign in the window. Showed up at 11:40 and was closed. No food for me I guess

The pharmacy here is super frustrating. Normally I like CVS, but I constantly leave here frustrated and without my medication, having to return two and three times for the same prescription.

I love the CVS on Heebner and Eckert. I unfortunately have to deal with the medical center 24 hour CVS pharmacy and I can say that I get really poor service over there. However this pharmacy on Heebner and Eckerd are very consistent in their professionalism, their willingness to help, Going above and beyond, being caring and taking ownership to ensure customer satisfaction. I have to give extra credit to Robin, Who is always willing to provide alternatives and educate you on the process and or any delays. I rarely experience delays or long holds however I take advantage of the auto refills and I utilize the app on the phone to Eliminate any potential issues. I rarely try to get my prescriptions filled same day to allow the pharmacy time to fill them as I know that I am not the only customer getting prescriptions filled.nThe only opportunity that I see with this pharmacy is that they are not a 24 hour pharmacy however That is not enough to impact the five stars that I give this pharmacy. Great job to the store thank you for all the service that you provide.
