Went to get my flu shot today. The process was on time and fairly speedy considering there were only three workers, one pharmacist and two techs. I did hear the phone going off that there were calls waiting but it is understandable considering they were doing covid testing, getting my flu shot ready, and still fulfilling prescriptions, and again, there were only three of them. Staff was also very friendly and courteous.

They have a drive through service in CVS. Strange idea but may be convenient for some.

The pharmacy staff are helpful when you go into the store but they take a very long time to help you through the drive thru pharmacy. They also do not answer their phone. I have been trying to contact the pharmacy for 2 hours. Every time, it takes them 15min or more to answer the phone or I get put on hold. After not getting my called answered, I drove over there and they were not busy with any customers. They say all lanes are open but they only attend to the first lane. I was not aware they were out of a medication I need regularly, they never called me about it. Instead I had to drive to the pharmacy, ask about it and then they let me know they have been out of it. So I had to get it transferred to another cvs 20min away.

I called the pharmacy to get information on my prescription on 07/29/2020 at 10:30am. They answered but put me on hold right away. This happened 2 times. I was on hold for over 15 min, had to hang up and go through drive threw. I pulled up and this time it took them 7 min to get to the window to help me. They are eather short staffed or very slow at their job. I’ve never had to go through this. Hope they do something to speed up the process.

I go here often. Not for pharma though and after reading these reviews, i won't. 99 percent of the staff I encounter are sweet helpful and amazing. I wont mention the one who isnt. I will say I am disappointed at CVS and corporates lack of response to these reviews. Serious issues need addressed or at least an apology to the customers who keep you in business.
