♥ufe0f♥ufe0f♥ufe0f♥ufe0f♥ufe0f Everyone is extremely nice and ready to help. The store is organized and very well maintained. The store is low on inventory but it's understandable I went in two time in a weekend and it was full both times. Why four stars and not five? It is extremely pricey definitely not for the average Joe. Give me a ud83dudc4dud83cudffd and follow me.

We absolutely love REI! They have quality products and typically offer expert advice.nnMy wife and I recently decided to take up backpacking, and came here to get basic supplies. We had no real idea what we might need and were a bit overwhelmed with all the choices and gear options. One of the employees took the time to show us exactly what we needed. She spent a few hours with us allowing us to test out and try on all of our gear. She had a lot of personal backpacking experience, and was beyond helpful!nnThis is the kind of customer service you can expect to get here. We wouldn’t buy outdoor/camping gear anywhere else!

Why wouldn't you love REI if you love the outdoors?! Everything from backpacking, to kayaking, cycling, and running gets a large share of the floor space. There's a permanent sale section which is a newer addition after COVID. There are also regularly classes on various outdoor topics. Be sure to sign up for membership to share in the discounts!

Please do not shop at this over priced store. The same items are half the cost at Academy. And REI signed me up for their “dividend membership” a couple of years ago when I spent $777.00 at their store. They now say that my $77.77 dividend expired because I have not shopped at their store in the last two years and they cannot reinstate it due to federal tax laws and their co-op status. None of this was explained to me when I paid them the $50 extra for membership status. So they are crooks also. If you want a commissioned sales person to show you 5 different ways to tie your shoe laces, then go to REI and pay $300 for a pair of boots. Otherwise, go to Academy and get the exact same boots for $150.00.

Ordered a puffer jacket using curbside service, joined the co-op while I was at it. The order process was quick and easy.nnUpon arrival to the store, I parked at the curbside slot, and a super friendly girl came out to greet me and asked for my name, ID, and order email. Waited about a minute and a friendly gentleman brought out my order, bagged, and ready to go.nnREI has never let me down, and their curbside service is proof that excellent service can be upheld in this new normal.nnNow, please open a store closer the Quarry, maybe, or downtown?
