Michael in the bicycle section was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We felt comfortable with him. Definitely great management and organization.
I had bought a pair of Nike's that were defective and returned them with no problem. A few days later, the shoes did the same and they allowed me to return for a total different pair. Everyone that helped me in this store were professional, knowledgeable about their product. I work in sales myself and Customer Service is the key, This is the first store in a long time that goes the extra mile to make their customers happy. It starts with good management and of course the team that puts in the hard work. This will be my store from this point forward! MATT, JENNIFER, TONY, LOIMATA, you guys are Amazing! Just left. Excellent experience. Staff opened several resistance bands-- literally cut open the package to let me try. It's important because I want to be sure I'm buying the right bands for my kickboxing fitness business. Where else will they do that? Above and beyond. Thanks!!
