Pre bike boom this place made you feel like family, with such a small group of employees. Now there's so many new faces. They are still very friendly and accommodating. They have bikes.
EXCELLENT customer service! Specialized production and delivery times have been hammered by the pandemic, but Ryan and co. Kept me updated through the wait and built me up a BEAUTIFUL TARMAC!!!! Highly recommend this shop and the guys running itud83dudc4d!

My visit to Bicycle Heaven was to purchase my first mountain bike. Being unfamiliar with where to start, the staff took time to walk me through the differences among the options and determine which was the best fit for me. Bicycle Heaven is a fantastic bike store. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable. Ryan helped me pick out a new bicycle and was patient with my numerous questions as I am new to riding.
