My family and I are new to mountain biking and we visited the Temple location. Sun Country has definitely went above and beyond to earned our business. Great experience. Good knowledgeable staff who take the time to make sure things are right. No more online bike parts for us, they have a great inventory and and are a local small business. 10/10 Highly recommend.
Go visit this amazing store for ALL of your cycling needs. Yes all. Youth bikes, MTB and road bikes, Accessories and more. These kind of stores are becoming more and more like the dinosaurs - extinct. The great customer service experience is so natural and genuine and they are so nice and genuine and wonderful to talk to about anything including the weather. I drove from the DFW metroplex to buy a full-suspension mountain bike from this store and found a good bike collection. I interacted with Lisa and Chad, and both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great buying experience. There was no pressure to purchase; they answered all my queries patiently and gave me time to decide. The store policies are customer-friendly, and they don't try to upsell a bike; instead, they help you find the right one!
