They are very expensive on their parts find it cheaper on line ,they a very high mark up, and not that helpful ,very weird atmosphere when in the building
I needed a grommet for my Kubota zero turn diesel fuel tank. Fuller Tractor tried to sell me the entire tank, gas lines, etc. Cushman's had the grommet in stock for $6.00. They also shared with me how to clean out a rusty gas tank with pebbles. Awesome customer service!!
I will never use them again. I told them my mower needed a new self propel cable. They said it would be ready in a week. 15 days later still not fixed. Told them I wanted my mower and I would pay for the cable they ordered. They wanted to charge me $48 for diagnostics and would not give me the mower. The lady behind the counter was very rude. Talked to the manager who was very polite and understanding. Paid for the cable and got my mower. But, not before having the man in the back screaming at me defending their initial decision not to release the mower. Again, kudos to the manager.
My husband was directed to this business as a Rigid tools repair center. He sent in his cordless drill to be repaired over 2 months ago. Over a week after they received the drill, they called him requesting he send the battery for the drill. Since then, they have not contacted my husband at all, and after several days of trying to contact them, they finally answered the phone and told him they had not even looked at the drill yet. I wish I could give this business zero stars.
The company has a poor return policy. Wife bought an entire spindle assembly for our lawn mower. We only needed the shaft. She went to return it and they would do so after charging us $25 of the $100 purchase. This was not a special ordered part but was in stock. I would not mind this policy and just kept the entire assembly if it was not 5 x the price of what it can be purchased elsewhere for. Felt like they took advantage of my wife who was just trying to pick up the right part for her husband who is at work..Making money so we can give it away to bad business practices as outlined above.
