Wonderful service! So easy to work with! They were clean, professional, and fast! They removed the damaged roof quickly and cleanly. The new roof looks wonderful. Very efficient company and excellent customer service.

Very good upfront and the lady answering calls couldn't be more polite but I was told when the job was complete that someone would walk the job with to review work. This never happened and wasnt happy with the number of nails and orange rings left around property. Only contact with them was when they sent bill, wrote complaint on bill and still no communication

Roofworxs did our roof about 5.5 years ago. We noticed two leaks in our roof recently and called them for repairs. After four phone calls and messages I finally received a call back to tell me the roof was no longer under warranty. They had someone come out to look at the roof. I was told it would be $180 to have someone look at the roof, but they would call if the price was higher. We never heard anything about them coming out and then recieved a bill for $275. I suspect the problem is behind the chimney and not visible from the ground, so I'm unsure that anything was actually done.nnAfter a couple of more rainy days we noticed water spots in the same place as the repair. After calling I was told that it would cost more for them to come back out. So to be clear they are charging me to fix the repair they made to the roof they put on incorrectly.nn- Update: Had another company out and they found that the roof was put on incorrectly, specifically at the point where water is leaking. So this confirms that roofworx didn't actually check anything when they charged for a repair.nn- Last update: roofworx explained to us that their repair work only has a 30 day warranty. So they came out and did the repairs, did not tell us, sent a bill weeks later, and then claimed the warranty had expired.nnThe good news is that I get to learn how the better business bureau works.

Called three times and left a message. Needed them to do follow up work. They never returned my call.
