Hampton Inn Greenwood

I just spend 20 nights here on a work trip. I took two stars off due to one staff member who was rather unhelpful, borderline incompetent. I'm a Hilton Honors member at the Diamond Elite level. This means I spend a LOT of nights at Hilton properties. It also means you get what are supposed to be nice perks. The main perk is room upgrades based on availability. At check in Zach failed to offer this. Then he tried to charge the entire stay to my personal credit card when my company had already paid for the stay in advance. When I asked about the room upgrade he said he would go back and and check when he finished something up on the computer. He gave me my room keys and I asked if he found me an upgrade. He stated he forgot and asked if I wanted him to check. At this point I had been up over 16 hours traveling and just wanted to grab a shower and lay down and said never mind. I know there was upgrade availability because a co-worker checked in not an hour after me and got an upgrade. I got back from work yesterday and housekeeping had not been done. When I called the desk Zach answered the phone and seem indifferent. When I pointed out I needed clean towels he signed rather loudly and asked if I wanted him to bring me some. I said I would come get them myself. When I got to the front desk for towels he acted like I was asking him to move a mountain.nnGlad I'm not coming back to this location for work. And if I have to I will book another property.

The staff was friendly . The rooms were clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. I didn't want to leave.

Of the Hilton hotels I have stayed at, this was the lowest quality. Room had a weird smell (previous vapers?), and AC unit sucked. Window was sealed shut, so fresh air into the room was not possible. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Employees were friendly and professional.

Wow! Just wow! The Hampton Inn of Greenwood is one of the nicest three properties in Greenwood. The staff is lovely, and the hotel is very clean. 10/10 I would highly reccomend this property. Shanna at the front desk rocks!

Great stay at the Hampton Inn. Hotel has been refreshed since the last time instayed here. Hotel.staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great stay. Thank you ! Unwell.stay again next time unakin town.
