The staff are very kind and always were will to go the extra mile for you. With that said I do have to point out that the cleanliness factor needs some attention. When I go to my room the first that I noticed was (someone else's) hair on the toilet. That hair remained on the toilet for the duration of my multi day stay. Their were stains on the walls (one reminded me if a bug, but could have been something else) and lastly, their was toilet paper thrown up against the wall that looked to have been there for a while. The air conditioner didn't work and the shower had a big water stain as it sat at an odd angle, this not allowing the water to drain. Breaks my heart to write this but it needs to be said.

on the outside looking in, this hotel looked nice. we get to our room, and we notice some bugs crawling on the wall, with further inspection, we realized it was bed bugs. went to the front desk to ask the front desk worker for a new room due to ours having bedbugs and she acted like this was an everyday thing here! not once did we get an apology. we were offered to switch rooms, but we were so grossed out and had our skin crawling, we ended up getting a refund and leaving, and we never received an apology. very disappointed.

We arrived to stay for a fishing trip... on the way to the room the hallway smelled like a sewer tank got to our room started to settle in and noticed brown bugs crawling on the walls.. yes you know what that means it was BED BUGS! There was a huge one above the kitchen table and baby ones above the bed frame. Went downstairs and they acted like this was normal gave us another room number with all of that we decided to leave. No apologies were made, horrible service. If you want to be itching all night you should def go stay here!!

We were driving from Nashville, TN and we wanted to stay in a hotel after a long drive to rest, they had a room for us which was deeply conditioned and the beds were wet so they gave us another room which was also deeply conditioned and had wet beds so they finally gave us a room in the 3rd floor that was great. We had the best laughs yesterday thanks to them!nnClean beds, great service, delicious breakfast and overall that, they got some cats in the parking lot that they take care of not like many other hotels that would get rid of them. I’d totally recommend this place!!
