I had a great experience with Courtney. He went above and beyond to help me with some issues that he did not need to help with. He’s a great guy and was super helpful in the beginning of the process of getting our roof done.nnMike, the Production Manager was so nice and so accommodating. I had completely forgotten about materials being delivered one day and the roofing was to be done the next day. My father had just passed away and there was no way I could deal with getting the roof done at that time. Mike was so considerate about it all and waited an appropriate amount of time to reschedule. During and after installation he followed up several times to make sure everything went okay.
In the beginning, when I first contracted with Orange Elephant, it was the end of October 2020. As soon as my insurance paid the bulk of the payment to me, they picked it up & told me it would a couple days until someone contacted me. I called many times with no response until January 2021. At that time the job Foreman Manager Mike contacted me, & was very apologetic about the wait. He indicated he had just started & knew there was an issue of a backup of roof replacements. He was very pleasant assuring me it would be done right away. It was done in one day. We had a storm that night & my roof leaked a small amount. I called Mike & he got it taken care of right away.nI was very pleased with Mike & his team of employees. They were all very nice, professional & did good work. Orange Elephant should be very glad they got Mike when they did. It was due to his professionalism that I changed my disappointment with the company.
Finally my roof is finished. I've dealt with several representatives from Orange Elephant to get this roof. The one that seems to know how to deal with customers and the most persistent and helpful is Mike. During the severe ice/snow storm he called to see if we needed assistance in any way. He continued to be helpful for the company by tracking down that the last supplement check was lost and needed to be reissued. Mike shown good customer service even when things where in a mess. He is made of the right stuff. I recommended him highly for any roofing management position or above. Phyllis Howard
Mike Monterroso, was very diligent in seeing that our roofing job was done correctly and timely. He was present each day which was so helpful when I had questions. Even after the job was completed he was very responsive to my phone call about a minor problem with roof vent covers. He was prompt in coming to check out the situation anjd made sure it was taken care of. I commend Mike for his professionalism and a job well done
Orange Elephant Roofing replaced my roof deck, the roof and both wind turbines. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything and were done by 4:30 p.m. The workers were all polite and courteous. The roof looks beautiful. I am very pleased and recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
