When I arrived at the Indian Hills lNN. I was definitely disappointed by the lack of professionalism by Staff (older man named “Chuck”) at the front desk. With a really nasty attitude he asked me for my orders then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t report during the time frame of my orders and I would not be reimbursed for my previous night at staying at another hotel off base. InAdditionally, he told me that he would not provide me with a letter of if unavailable. I told him I had a death in my family and it change my reporting dateThe room was not cleaned well I had to clean and sanitize my room! During the conversation he began yelling I asked him to not give me an attitude then I asked to speak to his manager who he said was not there. I took the name and will be making a a call Monday and filing a complaint.

I stayed in TLF after PCSing to Tinker. It was clean but cramped. The one bedroom only has space to walk in beside the bed. There's a small closet but it's filled with cleaning stuff. The bathroom is small but so are we so we didn't have an issue with the door being in the way whike going in and out. There's a full sized sink, stove, and fridge but no place to meal prep unless you use the table. The living room seems reasonablely sized until you bring in luggage. There's no space to put anything. Once the fold out couch is in use, all of the furniture has to be piled along the wall in front of the door to make room for it. If you have a pet that needs to be crated, good luck finding the space. I brought the luggage in long enough to put a just enough of our clothes in the drawers because there wasn't room to leave suit cases in the rooms. Then there's the door that goes to the room next to you. You can hear every conversation happening in the living of the other person's room. Thankfully that was the only place we heard the neighbors. Over all, it's do able short term but more than a few days will drive you crazy.

I've stayed at this place many times. They are always welcoming and the best part is, the food court is right around the corner. Bowling alley is right there. The place is always clean.

This was my first visit to Indian Hills Inn but not my first to an Air Force lodging facility. I plan vacations based on military lodging, when available and, to include this stay, have never been disappointed. This inn is close to the gate and easy to spot from normal traffic. The check-in process was easy and I was greeted with a friendly and efficient front desk attendant. If you qualify and can stay, these lodges really offer a great value. I also feel like I don't have to watch over my vehicle because of safety concerns when staying on base. I'll definitely stay again when in the area.

Very dirty room. Tub was gross and covered with mold and grime. This was probably the worst air force inn I've stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms are awful.
