Fantastic stay!! Pulled in really late with a truck and trailer and they had the best accommodations for parking. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were extremely clean and honestly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in!
I will start with the staff is friendly. The price is affordable, but for just $20 more a night, a world of difference can be found right next door.nnUpon arrival at this hotel, we were greeted with signs of confidence regarding cleaning standards and COVID safety precautions. Not one person aside from my party wore a mask (including staff), even though the posted policy was masks were to be worn in all public spaces. We found roaches in our dishwasher (which was said to have been run and clean). The staff helped us make a room change. We found another roach and smelly dirty dishes on the stove top in our new room 2 floors up. No one in my party wanted to stay after that. They issued us a refund, apologized, and acted shocked at the state of their rooms. They offered no other accommodation at another Candlewood. I would not recommend this place unless your standards are very low.
The staff here is the absolute best!!! From the front desk to the cleaning ladies, especially Monica!!! I travel on the road and I wish I could take her with me to each hotel!! I know my room would be spotless and I don't have to worry about what I leave in my room unattended. Big shout out to Eric and Zuriah in the front desk!!! They have absolutely made our stay so wonderful!! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service you have portrayed
Candlewood Suites is an great place to stay! Their workers are professional and make you feel at home!
This is a nice springhill to visit. The smell walking the lobby is very pleasant. The rooms are really clean with comfortable beds their showers are clean great water pressure also has great smelling shower gel to use. The price is reasonable
