It's Jazmine. Previous employee here. I have been attempting to reach upper management for several days regarding my W2 for Tax purposes. I've even left my name and cell phone number , multiple times . I never received my W2 , front desk refuses to allow me to speak to The General Manager , give me the managers name or help in any way. I was told that I can't be helped and that they are sorry. I've contacted Cooperate & will continue to make complaints until I am contacted and my W2 is received. You can do better , Hampton. Step it up.
I like this hotel, I've always enjoyed this chain. The staff here is friendly and the hotel is clean.nnNeeds to have a Google update for this location, this is not a pet friendly location. Which does not bother me what so ever, they eo allow service animals with real records. Emotional support animals are not service animals.
Don’t stay here! Your stuff will get stolen and the management will say you’re lying.they also have bed bugs and disgusting rooms! Good people don’t deserve to have thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen from their rooms by employees!
Room 102. I am a Realtor. Had upgraded suite. Good check in. Big high ceiling room. NO light on one side of bed (we both read). Only place to sit watch TV is couch....one side table. So where do i sit my glass? Plumber installed sink faucet incorrectly. Has safe tho/sep bar.
Rooms were dirty and trash was left in rooms. Bed bugs. Had a friends room completely cleaned and everything stolen. From cash, shoes, make up, clothes, etc!
