This hotel is extremely clean and the amenities are excellent. The hotel staff is professional and I will be staying here again when I am traveling to the Pryor area for my ACT workshops. I would have given a 5 star review, but the wind howled so loudly on the 3rd floor...I only got about 4 hours of sleep. The room was awesome though...other than the loud wind. Ha.

There was an incident that happened that was necessary for police to be called to the hotel. Rachel (who is an absolute sweetheart) was the overnight staff and she did an amazing job following procedures and doing what was needed for all the guests safety. She 1000% earned this hotel a 5 star rating with the outstanding quick thinking she displayed. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and will be writing to corporate recommending she be recognized. I think this company has a very bright star shining here in Pryor.nnRachel, we all should be thanking you right now and I personally think you are amazing and did such a great job. 10/10 recommend solely based off her service alone

This was my second stay here. First stay was during the artic blast that came through and we froze the first night. Room was 60 degrees when we woke up. We asked to be moved and requested a discount. We got moved but never received the discount as promised even after we had to extend our stay due to weather. Our last stay they only had a room with 2 queen beds. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly. We had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and when we told them they acted like we was lying when we asked for a set of clean towels since there was only one big towel and a washcloth that was clean in the bathroom. I booked the room for 2 nights, we was charged $198.36 on Sunday then I noticed on Tuesday the morning we checked out at 3:45 am they charged us another $99.18. I asked them why they did that. The lady at front desk said she doesn’t see any charge like that on my account. I showed her my app showing at 3:45 am the other amount was charged. She said she would have to check to see what was going on. I called again today 2/24 and got a lady and she told me I needed to call my bank that it was a temporary hold but the bank has to release it. I called bank and they said Hotel has to release it. I’ve played phone tag all day with them and just getting the run around. I just don’t understand why they would put a hold on my money when they had already been paid and do it on the day we checked out. They have no house cleaning. Room never got cleaned while we was there. We definitely will not be staying there again.

This is one is hard for me. The staff was virtually non existence. We stayed 2 nights and only saw the desk occupied twice. Upon checking in the desk staff was untrained. Its true that 1 of them was in training but the trainer didn't know how to do much either. The room wasn't cleaned very well as there was dust and debris around the baseboards and above the headboard. The clean stay seal was non existing. When we informed them of this the following day they were apologetic but offered nothing. As a diamond member we weren't offered any perks. The room we requested wasn't even the room we were given.. this hotel is poorly run by its current management staff. I only hope they improve their skill level and customer service experience in the future.

This place is great! Some of the nicest people I've had a privilege of meeting. I've been here during the covid-19 health scare and I can tell you they go the extra mile to ensure the rooms are clean and disinfected. If your in the area, you should check with them.
