PERFECT place - quiet, small, clean. Bed was comfortable (not too soft). Area was quiet (even on a Fri&Sat night). We used this as a homebase while watching races at the Ponca City Motocross track, a very easy 15min drive. There was a toaster oven (to cook a little more of a meal than just using a microwave). TV was a new smart tv (only watched PBS twice for our toddler ud83dude02 but it was hooked up and easy to use!) Linens were provided, we brought paper/cookware to eat on (visited during COVID so typical for these to not be provided).nnThe owner introduced herself our first day at property - extremely easy to work with & kind.nThe neighbor that was staying in adjacent cabin, while working long-term in the area, was friendly - chatted with a few times.nAlways nice to meet good people.nEnjoyed the wood accents (wood used from their own property).nnA perfect place if you just need to lay your head to rest and shower up after your day :)
